1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Petit Détail website, browsing our products, contacting us, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These terms apply to the entire website and to any communication between you and Petit Détail, including email, phone, WhatsApp, social media, and order-related communication.

3. Products and Services

Petit Détail offers curated fashion accessories, including brooches, scarves, scarf rings, waist buckles, sleeve holders, bag charms, buttons, decorative pins, and other accessory pieces.

We do our best to display product images, colors, sizes, descriptions, prices, and availability accurately. However, small differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, photography, or product variations.

Product descriptions, images, prices, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, modify product details, remove products, or discontinue items at any time.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD.

Petit Détail currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method. Customers pay for their order directly to the courier upon delivery.

Prices may change without notice. Petit Détail reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or adjust orders in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Pricing errors
  • Product availability issues
  • Incorrect product information
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Fake or repeated refused orders
  • Incomplete or unreachable customer information

If an order is cancelled or cannot be fulfilled, we will try to contact the customer using the contact details provided at checkout.

5. Order Confirmation

Because we use Cash on Delivery, we may contact customers by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email to confirm the order, delivery address, and availability before dispatching the order.

Orders may be delayed or cancelled if:

  • The customer cannot be reached.
  • The phone number is incorrect.
  • The delivery address is incomplete.
  • The customer does not confirm the order.
  • The order appears suspicious or fraudulent.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Area

We currently deliver exclusively within Lebanon.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Time

After processing, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on the destination within Lebanon.

Delivery Method

Orders are delivered through trusted local courier services.

Shipping Cost

A flat delivery fee of $5 USD applies to all orders, unless otherwise clearly stated during a promotion.

Delivery Completion

Delivery is considered complete once the order has been handed to the customer, household member, office reception, or designated recipient at the delivery address.

Customers are responsible for providing correct contact and delivery information. Petit Détail is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect phone numbers, incomplete addresses, or customer unavailability.

7. Refused or Failed Deliveries

If a customer refuses an order after confirmation, is repeatedly unreachable, or provides incorrect delivery information, Petit Détail may refuse future Cash on Delivery orders from that customer.

Repeated refused deliveries may result in order cancellation or a request for advance confirmation before future orders are shipped.

8. Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return within 10 days of delivery if the item remains unused, unworn, and in its original unopened packaging.

Opened items may only be returned if the product received is damaged or defective.

For damaged or defective items, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • The order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label, if available

Once the issue is verified, Petit Détail may offer either:

  • A replacement item, if available; or
  • A refund

For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds are arranged directly with the customer through a suitable local transfer method and may take approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the situation.

9. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order before shipment by contacting us immediately.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, it may qualify for return according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Petit Détail reserves the right to cancel orders before shipment if the order cannot be verified, the item is unavailable, or the order appears suspicious.

10. Product Use and Safety

Customers are responsible for using accessories carefully and appropriately.

Some products may contain small parts, pins, magnets, stones, clips, chains, or sharp components. Please keep accessories away from small children and handle them with care.

Petit Détail is not responsible for damage, injury, loss, or misuse resulting from improper handling, unsafe use, or failure to follow reasonable care.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, graphics, product photos, designs, layout, and branding, is the property of Petit Détail or used with permission.

Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of our website content is prohibited.

12. Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted and operated through Shopify. We may also use third-party services for delivery, analytics, marketing, advertising, customer support, reviews, and website performance.

These third-party services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Petit Détail is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product purchased by the customer.

Lebanon’s Consumer Protection Directorate states that the consumer protection framework aims to support a safe, fair, and equitable trading environment, so keep your terms clear and consistent with your published return/shipping policies.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Lebanon.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website, our products, or our services shall be subject to the competent courts of Lebanon.

16. Changes to These Terms

Petit Détail reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
