All prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of applicable costs unless stated otherwise.

Delivery fees are charged separately as outlined in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Payment Method

All orders are completed using Cash on Delivery (COD).
Customers are required to pay the full order amount upon delivery.

We do not accept online card payments at this time.

We currently deliver only within Lebanon.

  • Delivery Method: Cash on Delivery (COD)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors.

Returns & Refunds

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item received is damaged or defective.

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
Approved refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.

For COD orders, refunds (if approved) are arranged directly with the customer.

Limitation of Liability

Petit Détail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
