Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item received is damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/video of the item damage
- Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label (if available)
Once verified, we will offer one of the following, at our discretion:
- A replacement (if available)
- A refund (for Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are arranged with the customer directly)
Requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted.
